I am currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Vienna, where I specialize in contemporary theater, with a particular focus on the work of Rodrigo García. 

My academic background includes studies in Philosophy and Humanities at the Austral University of Chile (UACH), as well as postgraduate studies in Literary Theory at the University of Chile (2000–2004).

Alongside my academic path, I have developed an extensive artistic practice. I worked as an actor with Teatro Luna, the traveling theater company of Chile’s Ministry of Education (1996–1998), where I contributed to the development and organization of an intercultural theater exchange workshop with Eugenio Barba and Julia Varley. I later pursued Fine Arts studies in Performative Art at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, earning my Mag. Art. degree in 2018.

Since 2002, I have been creating my own interdisciplinary artistic projects as a performer, actor, and visual artist, working primarily through theater, performance, and video. My professional collaborations include working with internationally acclaimed directors and choreographers such as Jérôme Bel, Guillermo Gómez-Peña, Doris Uhlich, Jaqueline Kohlmüller, and Ernst Kurt Weigel.

My current research and artistic interests focus on intercultural and postcolonial theater, exploring performance as a critical space for cultural dialogue, creative experimentation, and the reimagining of contemporary theatrical practices.
